We are approved by the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) to be CEU providers! We offer a range of educational resources, including workshops for professionals and the general public.

Learning about the brain or the brain-body connection can be overwhelming. At Stable Roots, we believe that knowing and understanding how our brains and bodies work, respond to stress, or even heal from trauma, is vital for overall physical and mental well-being. Research

One of our current research projects is titled “The Impact of Osteopathy on Brain Activity and Psychological Wellbeing”, which we are undertaking with a local osteopath, Stephanie Schaub. Stay tuned for upcoming publications of the results.
